Brubaker Christmas Party, part 2

This year we did something new. We had a nativity. The pictures didn't turn out great, but it was really fun. My dad called it the 10 minute nativity. The chorus sang The Christmas Song. As the words told the story of the nativity, the "actors" played their parts. Chad was an Ox. Caroline and Avery were sheep. Nicole was Mary holding Jesus (Kenton).

I especially loved the star (Timon) and the angel (Maren) jumping on
the tramp above the "stable".

Present time.

My cute parents.

Dallin and the buffalo. This stuffed buffalo has been passed back and forth between Joseph, Jed and Dallin for years. It has been all over the world...even to Mongolia. It periodically shows up as a birthday or Christmas present. We haven't seen it for two years. During that time Jed moved from Utah to DC and then to LA. He claimed to have lost it, but was secretly holding on to it to send to Dallin for this Christmas.

The night lasted until 11:00 PM, but was so fun. We tried several times, with no success, to put Avery down. So, she was up with the other girls for the entire party. This party is one of my favorite holiday traditions.
